Love the photos, Aletta. Is that a road or railway in the middle one? The bottom photo looks like, if you walked over that dune, you might not make it back.
I’m always drawn in by railway lines passing through remote landscapes. I think it’s something to do with the idea of traveling in some comfort through a place that you likely might not survive in!

Oh yes, it is very remote there. Sometimes they have to clean the railway line before the trains are there.
