      1. I always wonder who thought it would be fun to try to eat one. πŸ™‚ I’m glad they did, though. I just steam them after taking off some of the outside small, hard leaves and then we eat the meaty part of the leaves and the heart. Some people dip them in melted butter, others in mayonnaise but we’ve begun to enjoy them just plain.
