That is beautiful! What sort of climate does that require? I have found beautiful flowers here in the NorthEast US but most pale in comparison to warmer climate flowers.

The plant is a broadleaf evergreen large shrub native to South Africa and southern Africa, where it is very common. It grows amongst rocks and in grassland. Its distribution is more concentrated along the wetter eastern and southern seaboard. It is found is found in sandy, clayey, loam or stony areas, forest margins or rough grasslands at altitudes ranging from 5-1980 m.
