I have a piece of glass art I bought about 20 years ago at Harrods on a trip to London. It was a Daum vase with daffodils coming out of it. When I got home, my daughter noticed a small (very) chip in the bottom. I was so excited about it, I never noticed. So, I called them from San Francisco, told them, and they gave me a 20% refund on my purchase. Just with the phone call. Can you imagine a company doing that today????
