POLIANTHUS Here is another “whatever” fountain.
Palmerston North commonly referred to by locals as Palmerston, or colloquially Palmy, is the main city of the Manawatu-Wanganui region of the North Island of New Zealand. We waited here for a bus to get to Waiouru to visit friends during our last visit there.
If you would like to join in with the Fountain photo challenge then please take a look at her Fountain Photo Challenge Page.
That is somewhat a ‘whatever’ fountain isn’t it? The ducks seem to like it though. And the park looks pretty. I can think of worse places to wait for a bus 🙂

Great shot of duck and fountain! thanks for submitting this, the whatever fountains are actually really nice as they tell the stories of everyday walks and waiting for buses. I really like that.
